Behind the Scenes The patterns of Baker Lane are the collaboration of two friends who share an appreciation for classic women's clothing and endless ideas. Mandy Foster is a young mother whose love for old fashions and a degree in Apparel Production and Design make her an ideal fit for the business. Mandy oversees pattern development, order fulfillment, and customer service. Rebecca Newton is the founding owner of Baker Lane, which originally provided the service of custom dressmaking. Currently working on an undergraduate degree in English, Rebecca serves as Baker Lane's general consultant and webmistress.
